Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Georgia to support shipping, receiving and inventory processes. You will work with a team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dock or warehouse experience, familiarity with loading/unloading trailers, and comfort using handheld scanners. RXO offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dock or warehouse experience required.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and distributing orders to sales associates.
• Read orders and shipping documents to determine items to move and ship.
• Ensure warehouse area is safe and accessible for staff and customers.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers and verify load data for on-time delivery.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify timely arrival and condition of loads.
• Complete work in a safe manner and adhere to safety policies.
