Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in Nashville. The role involves safely operating a forklift, picking, packing, and shipping products, and recording shipment data. You may work inside the warehouse or in the yard, with lifting up to 50 pounds and performing other duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in this area, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail. Spanish language skills are a plus in our diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience or forklift operation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
