Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II, based on-site in Memphis, TN. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship products, and help maintain accurate shipment records to serve our contractor customers.

Applicants with 2–5 years in a similar role, forklift experience, and familiarity with hand/tools are preferred. We offer a stable, growth‑oriented environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
