Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II at our Phoenix location. As a Warehouse Associate II, you will operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise, and you will pick, pack, and ship products to customers.

You may work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard and will count and record shipment information in our system. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
