Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to join our on-site team in Indiana. You will help load, unload, and move merchandise, pick, pack, and ship orders, and ensure shipment information is accurately recorded.

This role supports warehouse operations and requires safety-conscious behavior in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks; lifting up to 50 pounds is required and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail is important.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
