Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) seeks a Warehouse Associate II to perform warehouse tasks, assist customers with order pickup, and manage deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires on-site work, and candidates should have 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse and a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred qualifications include forklift certification, welding experience, Spanish proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred welding/torch experience; Spanish proficiency; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse tasks following standard work and safety policies.
• Assist customers with order pickup; deliver inventory to customer locations; provide basic customer service functions.
• Oversee outbound shipment processes and handle inquiries; maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Identify deviations in the process and notify supervisor to correct issues; contribute to process improvements and participate in projects as needed.
