Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent and safety‑conscious Warehouse Associate II to join our team, supporting our inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, with a primary focus on operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to ensure efficient material flow and accurate order fulfillment. This role ensures efficient inventory flow by placing received items into the correct pick locations and supporting warehouse operations across multiple zones as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize handheld RF scanner to perform all assigned stocking and put‑away tasks.
• Receive product from dock drop-offs and accurately place items into designated pick locations.
• Assist in other operational areas including split case, blue bin staging, and RF put‑back zones.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Operate powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment, such as a walkie rider, upon training and certification.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; punctuality and presence are essential.
• Work overtime as required to meet business demands, including weekends or extended hours.
• Willingness to work in multiple areas and flexible shifts as business needs require.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma/GEDREQUIRED
• Technical/Vocational educationPREFERRED
• Special License/PIT CertificationPREFERRED

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners: Comfortable with basic computer navigation and operating RF scanning devices.
• Good communication and teamwork: Team‑oriented with expectations for productivity, quality, and safety adherence.
• Proactivity with focus on results (KPIs): Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Organized and able to adhere to 6S: Maintains an organized workspace and follows 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
• Ability to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) including Turret, Man‑Up, Center‑rider, or Standup forklift: Experience or a willingness to learn and operate various PIT equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic Math, Reading, Writing: Basic understanding of math concepts, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and legible writing skills.
• Measuring Equipment: Basic ability to use and read measuring equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50poundsregularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels).
• Must be able to safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.

The U.S. base hourly rate for this full‑time position is $20.47 - $24.37 per hour (plus shift differential of $1.00 per hour). Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
