Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, VA to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, staging, and moving materials with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to operate reach trucks and order pickers, and strong attention to detail. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule and a physically active environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• 2-3 years of forklift experience required.
• Experience operating reach trucks and/or order pickers strongly preferred.
• Strong inventory control and shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment preferred.

• Pick, stage, and deliver production materials and finished goods to designated areas.
• Handle high-value, sensitive, or specialized materials with proper documentation and care.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Support accurate inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including reach trucks and order pickers.
• Support warehouse organization, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and material-handling requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking, staging, and moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have solid warehouse/material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and prior forklift experience.

Schedule:Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
