Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Stockton, California. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship products, and record shipments while working either inside the warehouse or out in the yard.

Expect to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires 2-5 years of related experience, Spanish proficiency is a plus, and you’ll join a team focused on reliability, safety, and community.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
