Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Virginia to join a diverse team supporting our building-material distribution. You will operate a forklift to load, unload and move products, while selecting, packing, and shipping items to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Expect 2–5 years of relevant experience; you may work indoors or outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a thriving, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in related warehouse operations.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds and may work indoors or outdoors.
• Forklift experience preferred and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
