Job summary

White Cap in Las Vegas, NV is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship products, and record shipment information in the system.

Preferred candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. Pay range is $19.40-$25.80 per hour.

A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap…

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
