Job summary

Core & Main, a nationwide distributor of water infrastructure products, is hiring for a warehouse associate in Hawaii. You will receive, count, and record shipment data, operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of experience, forklift experience, and a valid driver's license. Core & Main offers competitive pay and benefits including medical, 401k, and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system. Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
• Record receiving data using a computer.
• Identify incorrect/short, shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
• Safely operates forklift, pallet jacks or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, fabricating, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
• Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated area. May operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Verify physical inventory and assist with cycle counts. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Will drive a pick-up truck to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments

Preferably, YOU have:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Forklift experience

Pay: $16.90 - $22.53 per hour.
