Job summary

Moove NA Distribution Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support daily warehouse operations in Charleston. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, packaging, palletizing, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Qualified candidates have at least one year of forklift and warehouse/operations experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• At least 1 year warehouse/operations experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product; repackaging; palletizing.
• Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
• Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignments.
• Picks and stages products to align with the delivery schedule.
• Loads and secures products in delivery trucks.
• Unloads trucks and stores products properly.
• Maintain accurate records of products received and filled daily.
• Update load/unload slips and packing slips.
• Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain warehouse area and safety reports.
• Complete inventory of products as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and interact positively with customers.

Moove is currently recruiting a Warehouse Associate II. Hours are Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm. Some additional overtime on occasion, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Receive and stock product; repackaging; palletizing
• Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
• Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignments
• Picks and stages products to be according to the delivery schedule
• Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks
• Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area
• Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled daily
• Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips
• Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received
• Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as needed
• Maintains warehouse area and safety reports
• Completes accurate inventory of products as needed
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Interacts positively with all customers
• Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
