Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in California. You will operate forklifts, pick, pack and ship merchandise, and help keep accurate shipment records in our warehouse.

You may work inside the warehouse or in the yard, lift up to 50 pounds, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail is important.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
