Responsibilities

• Order Filling: Picks products from fulfillment center stock and organizes on cart; pulls items per order requirements; may operate scanners to ensure accuracy.
• Order Checking: Verifies picked items against invoice details and quantities; checks expiration dates for time-sensitive items; ensures all items on the invoice are picked.
• Packing: Counts items, matches shipping label details to invoice, selects proper packaging and labeling; follows regulations for hazardous materials when needed.
• Manifests: Weighs and labels packages; verifies transportation method and shipping labels; corrects non-conforming packages in auto-manifest processes.
• Expeditor: Processes orders requiring special handling per branch staff or end-user requirements.
• Order Processing: Fulfills current or new client orders to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Additional Functions: Adheres to ethics code, aligns with company values, uses warehouse equipment, meets KPIs, keeps warehouse safe and organized.
