Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will load, unload, pick, pack, and ship materials for customer orders and internal transfers, using forklifts and other handling equipment as needed.

You will help maintain a safe, organized warehouse, verify product accuracy, and assist customers or installers with locating materials. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area with safety in mind.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
