Revised personnel in Albany, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our distribution team. This hourly, temp-hire role focuses on accurate order picking, safe forklift operation, and dependable support for loading and unloading shipments.

You will maintain clean work areas, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure on-time deliveries. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, stand most of the day, and work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic inventory counts using math.
• Able to read and interpret order details.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Able to use RFGen Gun for scanning and picking.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking (80%): review orders, pick materials with forklift, assemble in staging lane, follow safety protocols.
• Housekeeping (10%): keep aisles and racks clean and free of debris.
• Forklift Inspections (5%): perform pre/post-shift checks and report issues.
• Inventory Audit (5%): assist with annual counts and log product counts.
• Order Loading/Un-Loading (10%): assist with loading onto trucks, verify deliveries and discrepancies.
