Job summary

White Cap is hiring a warehouse associate in New Jersey to support loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and moved safely.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Prior shipping/receiving and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or pickup using protective packaging.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Operates forklifts or other handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and supports customers or installers.
