Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations in a fast-paced environment. You will load and unload materials, perform order picking and packing, and help prepare items for shipment or pickup while ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, keep a clean workspace, and assist customers or subcontractors with locating items. Some routes may require driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety policies.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
