Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment in Texas. The role involves loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

You will work with a team to keep inventory organized, assist customers or installers, and may drive company vehicles for pickups or deliveries. A safety-first approach and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred and 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving and material handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup with secure packaging.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Operates forklifts and other equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety policies.
