Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our Orlando facility. You will load and unload, pick orders, ship, and handle materials with care to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role requires physically capable, safety-focused individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, with potential for driving company vehicles and collaborating with installers and customers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies.
