Job summary

Priority Wire and Cable in Kent, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). You will operate cutting equipment, use RF scanners and iPads to prepare orders for shipping, and assist with local will-call orders.

Requirements include lifting up to 80 lbs, standing and moving through the warehouse, and reliable transportation. Overtime is available with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
• Access to reliable transportation is required for daily commutes or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
• Use RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Assist customers with local will-call orders and handle shipping/receiving duties.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, and comply with PPE requirements.

Education

High School or better in Accounting.
