Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to support inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations. You will handle pick/pack, material handling, labeling, receiving, assembly, and storage of parts and products.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, performing 6S and accurate records, and contributing to efficient warehouse workflows. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and comfort with RF scanners and basic computer use.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a safety-conscious Warehouse Associate I to join our team, supporting our inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, including Pick/Pack, involved with material handling, packaging, applying correct labels, confirming part identity by comparing details, receiving, assembling and storage of parts, materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Preparation & Movement:
• Prepare parts/materials for the next step in processing by accurately verifying materials and quantities.
• Move materials to proper areas, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Packaging Operations:
• Utilize various packaging materials to accurately pack customer orders according to standard work instructions.

• Equipment Operation:
• Operate a variety of hand-powered material handling equipment.
• Operate semi-automated and automated packaging equipment, as well as scales and postage meters.

• Record Keeping & General Duties:
• Maintain accurate records pertaining to receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping (e.g., checklists).
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Overall Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring strict adherence to site safety policies and procedures in compliance with corporate directives.
• Executing a variety of functions across Inbound, Pick/Pack, and Outbound operations.
• Engaging in material handling, packaging, applying correct labels, and confirming part identity by comparing details.
• Participating in receiving, assembling, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
• Performing work to standard using printed documents and other written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners: Comfortable with basic computer navigation and operating RF scanning devices.
• Good communication and teamwork: Effectively communicates with team members and contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Proactivity with focus on results (KPIs): Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Organized and able to adhere to 6S: Maintains an organized workspace and follows 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
• Basic Math, Reading, Writing: Basic understanding of math concepts, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and legible writing skills.
• Measuring Equipment: Basic ability to use and read measuring equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels).

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $18.37 - 21.54 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
