Job summary

Nordson Medical in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support the efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. You will receive, inspect, and process shipments, store materials, and prep items for delivery to customers or resellers.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate standard warehouse software and equipment. Shift is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
  • Ensure sufficient supply of goods and products to meet operational needs
  • Plan, implement, and control the movement and storage of goods from origin to point of consumption
  • Ensure customer requirements are met through efficient and effective delivery of products and services

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I
Position Summary

A Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain by receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is responsible for storing and organizing raw materials and finished products within the warehouse, as well as loading, unloading, and stocking merchandise safely and accurately. Additionally, the associate is responsible for verifying shipments against records to ensure accuracy, and for picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery to customers or resellers, helping maintain a smooth flow of products from arrival to final shipment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct, control, and monitor the warehousing and distribution of materials or finished goods

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to follow diagrams and pictures. Ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Effectively use Windows and standard applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Education and Experience Requirements

GED or High School Diploma.

Shift days and times

1st shift- 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Nordson Medical offers a comparable benefit package, including:
  • Hourly Range for this position is $20.00 per hour and bonus target is 3%; shift premium may be available depending on shift associated with the specific job opportunity.
  • Benefits including Medical, Rx, Vision, Dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA), Retirement and Security benefits including 401k and Life Insurance.
  • In addition to Paid Time Off and paid Holidays, each employee receives 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events.
