Job description

Shift: 7:30-4:30 M-F

Must have standup forklift experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pulling orders and talking to customers.
2. Putting up product.
3. Helping pull equipment orders and small parts orders.
4. Assisting walk-in customers.
5. Trained on system.

SAP experience is preferred.

Under direct supervision, evaluates customers' needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Follows all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Good oral and written communication skills.
3. Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
4. General HVAC knowledge required.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
