Job summary

Core & Main in Owasso, OK is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, stocking and order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution center. You will work with a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.

You will operate forklifts, verify inventory, and help keep the work area clean and safe while providing reliable service to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, stock, and transport goods in the warehouse.
• Verify physical inventory and assist with counts.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

• Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of goods.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials, such as lumber, boards, or pallets
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
• Verify physical inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Receive and fill orders or sell supplies, materials, and products to customers.
• May operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
