Warehouse Associate I at AtlantiCare – Responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and delivering supply orders, equipment, and materials in a timely and accurate manner. Operates non‑articulated vehicles up to a 26‑ft delivery van to ensure proper distribution to hospitals or end users. Provides quality customer service, resolves pick ticket errors, and supports performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to drive and operate non‑articulated vehicles up to a 26‑ft delivery van with automatic or manual transmission and manual or powered materials management equipment
• Ability to endure frequent standing, stooping, pushing, and lifting moderately heavy to heavy items

Experience and Certification

Preferred: 2 years' experience as a storeroom or receiving clerk.

Performance Expectations

Perform essential tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate delivery of materials.

• Precise picking and packing of supply orders
• Resolving ticket errors
• Delivering equipment, packages, and materials using a 26‑ft delivery van
• Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Inspecting shipments for damages or discrepancies
• Documenting inventory accurately and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Work Environment
