Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for our Cedar Rapids, IA site. You will support loading, unloading, stocking, and shipping materials, ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 0–2 years in a warehouse setting, forklift familiarity, and a detail-oriented mindset. This on-site position offers growth within North America’s leading contractor distributor.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
