Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate - High Bay Operator in Tolleson, AZ to stock cases with a cherry picker/forklift reaching up to 30 feet. The role includes picking and pulling stock for orders and conducting cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to stand for most of an 8-hour shift and basic English communication skills, with preferred experience operating a forklift and working at height. Full-time shift available.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate - High Bay Operator to stock cases in our distribution center utilizing acherry picker/forklift which raises 30 feet in the air. Responsibilities includepicking and pulling stock from inventory to fulfill orders andperforming periodic cycle counts to assist in our inventory control.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• Basic minimum language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English

Preferred

• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Experience operating acherry picker/forklift
