Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mount Juliet, TN to support our distribution operations. You will load/unload goods, stage deliveries, store inventory, and maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Able to manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks for relocation and safety inspections.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries.
• Store all products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Assist in customer pickups and provide excellent service.
• Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• May operate other equipment to move and distribute freight.
• Maintain grounds and keep stock organized and clean.
• Mop, sweep, and wash offices and warehouse areas.
