Job summary

Wesco is hiring immediately for Warehouse workers in Knoxville. Training will cover distribution and supply chain techniques valued by Fortune 250 companies. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Learn and grow with a global leader in distribution and logistics services. Compensation details available in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship items.
• Perform wire cutting and light assembly where needed.
• Maintain assigned areas and complete log sheets.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments and manage packing lists.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as required.

Skills

Basic computer skills

Problem solving

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Standing or walking for long periods

Education
