Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship products while ensuring stock accuracy and safety. You will engage with customers for pickups and support inventory control across our warehouse operations.

This role offers a 6 AM–2:30 PM Tuesday–Saturday shift, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health plans and retirement options. Join a team dedicated to helping customers sleep well and live well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload product from trucks and shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Rotate inventory and inspect for defects.
• Handle paperwork with required signatures.
• Assist customer pickups with good service.
• Participate in QA for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Use other equipment to move freight as needed.
• Keep grounds and stock areas organized and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, aisles, and docks.
• Dispose of trash and recycle materials daily.
