Mid-State Sales, a family-owned company based in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to fill orders, organize inventory, and build hydraulic hose assemblies. If you enjoy staying active and taking pride in your work, we’d like to meet you.

You will help keep customers moving by accurately preparing orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining records. The team values teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in orders.
• Willingness to learn products and procedures.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, stock, label, and count inventory to keep products organized.
• Build, tag, and store hose assemblies according to standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate labels and records for materials requiring batch tracking.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep orders moving.
• Report maintenance and security concerns promptly.
• Help with new responsibilities and overtime or on-call work.
