Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker at our Palm City facility. You will receive, inspect, and organize shipments, then pick, pack, and assemble orders for timely delivery.

Emphasis on safety and accuracy in a full-time temporary role with potential for permanent hire; must lift up to 75 lbs and work well in a team. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options; plus overtime flexibility and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
