Window World is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Baton Rouge, LA to receive shipments, organize inventory, prepare orders, and assist with loading for delivery. The role emphasizes working in a team, staying organized, and contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

The position is full-time and hourly, offering pay in the $12–$14 range with weekly pay and benefits. We value reliability, growth, and hands-on contributions in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50–90 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Help train new warehouse team members as needed.
