Job summary

McCandless Truck Center - Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will receive, unload, and process shipments, pick and pack orders, and support stock transfers across locations with safety and accuracy in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Support our 7 other locations by transferring stock and pre-sold parts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Unload trucks, scan parts to ensure pallets match their packing slip, separate pre-sold from stock.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse aisles and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
