Job summary

Emerson in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship products, kit materials, and support daily operations. You will help ensure safety and quality while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for 8 hours. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; we offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global automation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills including counting and quantity verification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day
• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations
• Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization
• Cross-train and provide support in other departments as business needs require
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
