Poolcorp in Montgomery, AL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced distribution team. You will accurately receive and pull orders for delivery or pickup, helping keep inventory moving.

This position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; conduct audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.
• Keep the facility clean, safe and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
