The Staff Pad in Detroit, MI is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support logistics and sales at our Detroit location. This role focuses on upholding exceptional customer service standards while communicating any service variances to Branch Management.

As a full-time, non-exempt team member you will ship, receive, stock, and prepare orders, operate forklifts and packing equipment, and use ERP and Microsoft Office systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of low-voltage products preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers while upholding company standards.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse standards in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Handle shipping, receiving, stocking and ERP data entry accurately.
• Operate forklifts and packing equipment as applicable.
• Maintain clear communication with management regarding outcomes and issues.
