Summit Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and stocking activities at the local distribution center. You will work with vendors and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory. This entry-level role offers training and opportunities within the Summit/Sonepar family.

You will learn product knowledge, warehouse processes, and safety standards while supporting customer orders and contributing to a reliable supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management to organize multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products daily to replenish inventory.
• Understand products, capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when needed.
• Keep warehouse and outside areas neat and clean at all times.
• Uphold Summit’s safety practices and workplace culture.
