Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support shipments, stocking, and order fulfillment. The role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining orderly storage areas at our distribution facility.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, team collaboration, and efficient materials handling. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, or order picker safely.
• Place and/or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse.
• Ensure wheels of trucks being unloaded are chocked before unloading begins.
• Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations.
• Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and the full case line in a neat and orderly manner.
• Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders.
• Sort pallets by size.
• Leave equipment in good working order and free of trash for the next shift.
