Job summary

LKQ is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to receive, store, and ship inventory. You will use forklifts or pallet jacks, pick and pack orders, and move stock to staging areas while maintaining safety and organization.

This role requires up to 1 year of related experience and a High School diploma; training is provided. You will follow established procedures, perform basic record-keeping, and support team goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of work related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Warehouse or similar environment experience with PIT equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
• Pick/pull correct product and deliver to staging area/delivery truck.
• Operate manual/powered equipment to transport product in the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins per sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
