Qualifications

• Ability to read, follow, and double-check instructions carefully.
• Strong attention to detail, even when moving quickly.
• Basic comfort using a handheld scanner and training for our system.
• Willingness to cross-train across Picking and Packing as part of the role.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using a handheld scanner and pick list.
• Put away received inventory in its correct location.
• Verify order contents against the pick list before packaging.
• Pack orders to packaging and presentation standards.
• Stage completed orders by delivery route.
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts.
• Report any missing, damaged, or mismatched product.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and safe.
• Cross-train across Picking and Packing and take Floater assignments.
