Job summary

Cencora is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate at our Corona, CA facility to support AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US. The role includes order fulfillment, cycle counting, and verifying product receipt while maintaining a clean, safe, climate-controlled environment.

Starting pay is $21.75 per hour with potential to $24.28 based on performance incentives and referrals. Shift is Mon-Fri, 5AM until finish, with overtime commonly required to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders: stocking, restocking, picking, packing and outbound shipping.

• Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries and ensure product quality.
• Verify received products against documents and note discrepancies.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 5AM-Finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $21.75 with potential for up to $24.28 based on a variety of earning opportunities including performance incentives and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Some Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Receiving Experience (required)
• Equipment Experience (required)

Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Nice to have

• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Full time Salary Range* $37,752 - 56,650 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
