Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, loading/unloading, pulling orders, and inventory checks in a fast-paced warehouse. Daily use of forklifts and cranes is required, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include stacking, stocking, labeling vendor products, and assisting customers as needed. Candidates should have forklift experience and a high school diploma, with 1+ years in warehousing preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Crane forklift experience a plus.
• 1+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates crane and forklift equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, and performing general office maintenance, etc.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM! As a Warehouse Associate, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading materials, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklifts and/or cranes.
