Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is a third-party logistics warehouse providing frozen, refrigerated, and ambient storage solutions along with nationwide temperature-controlled transportation through Denver Logistics, LLC.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload inbound and outbound product safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Put away and organize inventory safely and accurately
• Assist with receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse, food safety, and equipment safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse or forklift experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Experience operating forklifts or electric pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic
• Comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on foot for an entire shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs
• Frequent bending, lifting, crouching, reaching, and movement throughout shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training
• Ability to work extended periods in freezer temperatures
