Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Operate forklift and participate in cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing and proper documentation like bills of lading.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during all shifts.
• Support production with core-shift equipment duties as needed.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and team objectives.
