Job summary

WOW Logistics in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join the team. You will begin with a comprehensive 2-week paid training, then support daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks using forklifts and RF scanners.

A safety‑conscious attitude and reliable work ethic are essential for a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse. You will contribute to accurate inventory, orderly stock, and on-time shipments while advancing through an incentive‑driven structure and a benefits

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
• Willingness to train on our processes and safety standards.
• Capable of lifting up to 50–60 pounds and working in a cold environment.
• Prefer 6 months of reach truck or sit-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure accurate shipments using MHE.
• Operate forklifts safely, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Work solo or with others to meet high-demand workloads with accuracy.
• Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining inventory records with RF scanning.
