Job summary

Autocar Parts LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) in Louisville, KY. You will perform picking, packing, shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and move materials with powered or manual equipment.

Use handheld scanners to track inventory, operate a forklift, and maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Prior forklift experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months forklift experience required.
Basic math skills essential.
Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
Team player who adapts to change.
Able to work independently at a fast pace.
Safety focused and reliable attendance.
Able to lift up to 70 pounds and operate a forklift into trailers.
Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick parts and pack parts for shipment.
Ship parts and unload/load trucks.
Move materials within the warehouse using powered or manual equipment.
Use handheld scanners to enter counts and locations.
Drive forklift or pallet jack to load pallets into trailers.
Routinely inspect and count inventory for accuracy.
Safely operate a cherry picker or forklift as needed.
Follow procedures and maintain quality standards.
