Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Illinois. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, build and transport pallets, and use RF devices to process orders.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a dependable, team-focused attitude. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE.
